The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Must I Be Home During The Cleaning?
    It's your choice. You can schedule your cleaning around the time of service or be there to meet us upon arrival. Keys may be assigned and will be attached to our gps tracking systens.
  • How Do You Protect My Keys?
    Your key is secured in a locked key storage to which only supervisors have access. The key is then issued to your assigned Maid on the day of your service. Upon returns the keys are checked back in with management where it returns it to the secured storage. In the unlikely event your key is lost we will re-key all necessary locks.
  • What Should I Do Before A Home Cleaning Service?
    To make our house cleaning service more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a visit from our housekeeping teams.
  • What If Something Is Damaged During A Home Cleaning?
    We treat you and your home with complete respect. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace that item. Residential maids are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.
